Our Plan and Timeline

Our campaign has 4 major phases:

  1. Building a base of students, families and faculty dedicated to affordable higher education
  2. Mobilizing a volunteer army (wanna join?) to gather enough signatures to qualify for the ballot.
  3. Running an innovative, student-led, volunteer-driven, history-making campaign to the November 2008 election
  4. Cleaning up our desks, sipping non-alcoholic margaritas, celebrating our victory, and helping to implement the new law

When it comes to the ballot initiative process, once the clock starts ticking, there's no stopping it. We only have 150 days to collect all those signatures to qualify.
